At Asment, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your Asment account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the mobile application or by submitting a request through the web form below.

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our active servers:

• Account Credentials: Profile information, email address, phone number, and authentication tokens.
• User Data: Saved preferences, activity logs, uploaded content, and in-app interactions.
• Connected Services: Linked third-party accounts and device identifiers.

Certain data may be retained for up to 30 days in securely encrypted system backups before being automatically overwritten. Additionally, basic transaction records or legally required logs may be retained as mandated by applicable regulatory or financial laws.

1. Open the Asment app on your device.
2. Navigate to Profile 
3. Tap Delete My Account
4. Confirm your choice. Your session will end immediately, and data deletion will commence.

If you no longer have access to the app, submit your details below. We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

• Processing Window: Web requests are manually verified and processed within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
